James started construction in the Summer of 1975 in Texas framing apartments. He started his own construction company in 1986, and moved to Colorado in 1992. James has been a licensed General Contractor with experience building hundreds of homes, duplexes, and additions for over 40 years. He served as President and VP of NARI (National Association Remodeling Industry) for 4 years, and has won numerous construction awards. James is an avid Colorado Mammoth fan, he enjoys flying planes and golfing with his oldest grandson in his free time.

Brittany achieved a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Colorado at Denver. After a career in the beer industry, in both hospitality and various labs, she decided she wanted to join the family business. While she has grown up with Kinsman Construction Inc., she has since honed her skills and knowledge within construction and and is now a licensed General Contractor. She has used her organizational and technical expertise to help in each step of the job process, from bidding jobs to helping clients make selections and managing state of art project management software. When Brittany is not at work she enjoys time with her husband and two sons, traveling and exploring new recipes.
